My truffle centres are made using combinations of finest quality chocolate, butter, cream, succulent fruit, nuts and choice liqueurs. These are enrobed in yet more delicious chocolate to tingle your tastebuds.

All truffles are sold in luxury boxes of 12 or 24 chocolates , or (but not available by post) in bags of 8.

Champagne Truffles

Mouth-watering Milk Chocolate infused with Marc de Champagne is enrobed in creamy white chocolate for a sensual assault on the taste buds.

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), unsalted butter, Marc de Champagne (6%)

Milk chocolate contains: minimum 33.6% cocoa solids, minimum 21.8% milk solids

White chocolate contains: minimum 28% cocoa solids, minimum 23% milk solids

Contains: milk, soyabeans, alcohol. Prepared in an environment where peanuts and nuts are used.

     

   

    Coffee Liqueur Log

A real treat for coffee lovers,  the rich dark chocolate and coffee liqueur centre is hidden within a thick white chocolate shell for maximum delight.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter,whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), unsalted butter, coffee and coffee liqueur (coffee, alcohol, sugar) (6%)

Dark chocolate contains: minimum 53.8% cocoa solids

White chocolate contains: minimum 28% cocoa solids, 23% milk solids

Contains: milk, soyabeans, alcohol. Prepared in an environment where peanuts and nuts are used.

Milk Chocolate Orange Liqueur Truffle

      

A melt in the mouth creamy milk chocolate liqueur truffle bursting with orangy freshness encased in more milk chocolate, a real indulgence.

Ingredients: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), cream, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter,whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), unsalted butter and orange liqueur.

Fruit and Nut Chocolate Slice

       

A delicious combination of toasted almonds,succulent raisins, spicy stem ginger and dark chocolate surrounded by white chocolate and yet more toasted almonds, one of my favourites.

Ingredients: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter,whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla)(36.6%), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla)(24.4%), almonds(19.5%), unsalted butter, raisins (raisins, vegetable oil)(6%), stem ginger(stem ginger, sugar,water)(3.6%)

White chocolate contains: minimum 28% cocoa solids, 23% milk solids

Contains: milk, soyabeans, nuts

      Dark Chocolate Truffle

      

The classic dark chocolate truffle made with 70% cocoa solids dark chocolate and cream and rolled in cocoa powder is a must for all chocolate lovers.

Ingredients: extra dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), cream, unsalted butter, cocoa powder

Extra dark chocolate contains: minimum 70.4% cocoa solids, 

Contains: soyabeans. Produced in an environment where peanuts and nuts are used.

Rum Truffle

Another classic, this rich dark rum truffle enrobed in more dark chocolate will leave a warm glow long after it has been eaten.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), extra dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), unsalted butter, coffee and rum (6%)

Raspberry and Hazelnut Truffles

After biting through the crisp outer shell of caramelised hazelnuts and white chocolate your senses are hit by the sharp tang of raspberries subtly mixed with more creamy white chocolate.

Ingredients: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder,emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), caramelised crushed hazelnuts (sugar, hazelnuts)(31%), unsalted butter, raspberries(3%).

White chocolate contains: minimum 28% cocoa solids, minimum 23% milk solids

Contains: milk, soyabeans, nuts. May contain hazelnut shells.
